   Pumpkin soup with red lentils

  • Chopped Pumpkin 
  • Red lentil ( 80g )
  • Chopped Carrots (2)
  • Chopped onion (1)
  • Ground coriander ( 1/2 Spoon)
  • Fresh cream (1/2 Cup)
  • Salt and black pepper                
 How to prepare:           
  •  Fried chopped onions well in a little oil Then we add Pumpkin , Red lentil , Carrots , Salt and black pepper , ground coriander , Fry all ,  add water and Let cook
  • Cut the bread into circles using a serrated knife, then put it in a tray and put it in the oven until it roasted
  • After the vegetables are pleasant, put out the fire, then grind them a little, then add the fresh cream, then crush them well
