Pumpkin soup with red lentils
Ingredients:
- Chopped Pumpkin
- Red lentil ( 80g )
- Chopped Carrots (2)
- Chopped onion (1)
- Ground coriander ( 1/2 Spoon)
- Fresh cream (1/2 Cup)
- Salt and black pepper
- Fried chopped onions well in a little oil Then we add Pumpkin , Red lentil , Carrots , Salt and black pepper , ground coriander , Fry all , add water and Let cook
- Cut the bread into circles using a serrated knife, then put it in a tray and put it in the oven until it roasted
