Tajine shrimp 


  •  ten eggs.
  •  Half a cup of chopped parsley.
  •  Half a kilo of shrimp, peeled and cleaned. 
  • Two tablespoons of oil with two chopped onions, finely chopped. 
  • A box of cream. 
  • A cup of rusk. 
  • A teaspoon of thyme. 
  • Four medium diced potatoes. 
  • One hundred grams, half a cup of shredded cheese. 
  • Teaspoon of turmeric. 
  • A teaspoon of rosemary.
  •  Pinch of salt Pinch of black pepper. 
How to prepare
  •  We put the shrimp in a deep bowl, put it on a quiet fire, then add the flavoring of salt, pepper, turmeric, thyme and rosemary, and mix them together, then work on adding onions and oil and stir all ingredients together until it changes color. 
  • We work on leaving the mixture on a calm fire, until it absorbed each other and the water dried completely, then we add a quarter cup of water to it to soak again and ensure the shrimp leveled. 
  • Heat the copious oil in a skillet over a fire, then add the potato cubes and leave it until fried. Add the chopped parsley to the dried shrimp, then add a little water with continuous stirring, and allow it to dry again, then add potatoes, shredded cheese and cream to the dry shrimp mixture with good stirring, then work to add the rusk while continuing stirring until all ingredients are homogeneous together.
  • Pour the tagine into a container of pyrex, put it in a baking oven at a temperature of 180 ° C, and leave it for about forty minutes, then remove it from the oven and leave it to cool, then serve it.
