Fish tagine mchermoula


  •  full fish
  • Three medium potatoes
  • Three carrot seeds, cut into rings.
  •  Two sweet green peppers.
  •  Two sweet red peppers.
  •  A medium-sized strawberry.
 El Shamroula Seasoning:
  •  Half lemon juice.
  •  Half a cup of olive oil.
  •  Two tablespoons of finely chopped parsley. 
  • Two tablespoons of green coriander,
  •  finely chopped. 
  • Six finely ground garlic cloves.
  •  Two teaspoons of ground cumin.
  •  Two teaspoons of sweet paprika.
  •  Half a teaspoon of ground black pepper, or as desired.
  •  Two teaspoons of salt, or your choice.
  •  How to prepare:
  •  wash the fish well with water and dry it well. Cut the potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, green and red peppers into large pieces, according to taste and taste. Pour the vegetables into the baking sheet. Put lemon juice, parsley, olive oil, coriander, garlic, cumin, paprika, black pepper and salt in a large bowl, mixing all the ingredients well. Grease the inside and outside of the fish with the mixture of ingredients, using the kitchen brush, and apply the vegetables with the same mixture. Put the fish in the oven plate with vegetables. Pour a third of the cup of water into the pan, until the sauce becomes thick. Cover the tagine tray with aluminum foil and put it in the oven for cooking. Leave the tray in the oven for forty-five minutes, until cooked through. Remove the fish from the oven after the specified time and serve it with vegetables and sauce.
