Kentucky Fried Chicken
  • chicken cut into ten pieces.
  • Two big spoons of red hot sauce. 
  • A cup of milk or curd as desired.
  • frying oil.
  • A small cup of crushed garlic.
  • Three tablespoons of chicken spices. 
  • 1 tablespoon of grilling seasoning.
  • Tablespoon of vinegar.
  • Squeezed lemon.
  • salt and black pepper.

How to prepare:
  • The first method is to wear the chicken after washing it well.
  • Add all the spices to it. 
  • You can control the amount of spices as desired.
  • Prepare the oven bag, and put the chicken in the bag. 
  • Put the chicken in the oven for an hour, on low heat. 
  • After they are ripe, leave them a little in the seasoning bag, until you get a crunchy and soft texture from the inside.
  • The second method is to bring additional ingredients are four eggs, and three cups rusk. 
  • Boil the chicken for only five minutes, until the meat is soft, then remove it from the broth, and put it in the refrigerator until it cools quickly.

  • Then heat the oil for frying, and the oil must cover the whole quantity, then put the chicken in the oil, and leave it until it gets the required crunch, and the wonderful golden color from the outside.
